Are you looking for a way to improve your movement, posture and overall strength?

This classes will help to address any imbalances in your body. These imbalances can be postural issues, strength problems or a lack of range of movement.

By combining movements to help to build core strength, improve your flexibility and enhance your movement patterns these classes will allow your body to feel and move better. It doesn’t matter if it’s for a sport/activity or simply day to day life this class is for you.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a passive mat based flow, that is cooling, grounding for our energy,
It is an opportunity to release, let go, and create balance—an excellent complement to a busy, active lifestyle. 
 
This practice will allow you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Yin yoga can improve flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension.
 
Yin Yoga brings balance to the mind and body with a focus on internal exploration, working with our deeper connective tissues, our facial system. 
Calms and balances the mind and body. 
Improves the flow of Chi, our life force energy.
