This classes will help to address any imbalances in your body. These imbalances can be postural issues, strength problems or a lack of range of movement.
By combining movements to help to build core strength, improve your flexibility and enhance your movement patterns these classes will allow your body to feel and move better. It doesn’t matter if it’s for a sport/activity or simply day to day life this class is for you.
